Terrible. Washer and dryers never worked. Had my clothes soaking wet and missing clothes whenever I got them out the dryer. The apartment floor creaking all the time. Only had 2 windows in the entire apartment which was depressing. The quality of everything was just bad. 🤷🏻‍♀️

When management offered to terminate our contract early, we didn't even bat an eye. We were gone in a flash. Very Poor management. Never had maintenance fix any of our initial issues. Pool was always closed due to "maintenance". The washer/dryer rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Plus they didn't work half of the time... Overpriced and underdelivering apartment complex.

We have had nothing but issues since we moved in only two weeks ago. We thought this was going to be a relatively stress free and helpful environment. We were told our apt is a safety hazard because of faulty electrical wiring. After having someone who didn’t have the adequate training try to fix the problem, it’s only gotten worse and the professionals who have attempted to fix it are confused as to how we were even able to move in with the condition it is in. We haven’t had any positive feedback and we’re just beyond frustrated that we can’t even properly use the apartment we’re paying for. We’ve tried talking about there being a discount or something since we can’t even use our electrical outlets and have heard nothing but crickets. Honestly can’t believe we chose to move here at this point. Very disappointed and will not stay here after our lease is up if we’re forced to stay with this place.

The bluffs by far has the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever met. Management is denying us from having a service dog which is ILLEGAL. When we tried to show that it was illegal she stated that she “didnt need to see proof” and that we were basically making things up. We have papers stating that the dog must be with him at all times and she refuses to allow the dog and continued to interrupt us when we told he that. On top of disrespect the staff does not care for the safety of residents, when i told her my locked car was broken into she could've cared less, you would think with as many crimes happen here they would put up cameras? What if the next time its not just simply cars being broken into? I don't feel safe here. I can not wait to move from this place i used to love living here but now since this new staff has come along I definitely will not even consider staying here.
