It says open 24 hours but I have been several times, usually pretty late around like 1 am, and the doors are locked with no employees in the building.

I've been here 2 times. Each time its the same lady working her name is Rachel. Rachel is nothing but rude and nasty. I cant go here anymore because I found out she is the Manager. The first time I went here I just heard the employees saying how bad she is and mean and snappy. I went here today and I felt the same way her employees apparently do. I have never had to deal with such disrespect in my life. I sincerely feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her. I will NEVER be going back here.

They make people wait over 10 minutes due to "shift change"! What kind of craziness is this??? Bad management practice. Making people waiting at a gas station at midnight just makes no sense.

Yes, but if an associate is unsure or uncomfortable they have the right to refuse any form of ID, if the associate feels uncomfortable, I've live close to this gas station for almost 18 years and not only them but others around town have done this to me before also, it's just a personal call weather or not they choose to accept the I'd.
