Tonight while picking up dinner at the Rochester, NH Pizza Hut, I delt with a very frustrating situation with customer service. The lady was bluntly rude when I left her know the name of the order. Then, I had to ask for dipping sauce on two different occasions; which was slid across the counter.

Food is good. Wish they could get the order right though. It was either have the poor doordasher call them and get it sorted out and wait another hour to get my order correct or just eat what I got. Also straight up just didn't get an item I paid for.

I ordered a Three topping pizza. Well, There was barely anything on the pizza. I can count three pieces of toppings on each slice of pizza. That’s like one small slice of meat and veggies on each piece. Skimpy and can’t even taste the flavors. Not the best pizza I have ever had. I will go elsewhere next time.

My only criticism is that the pizza and garlic bread with cheese both needed to be cooked longer...especially the pizza. It was still a little doughy. That aside, everything tastes great and the drivers are always super friendly.Thank you for the feedback, we'll pass this along to our team.
