Miserable Experience. Dropped of a Switch to get a charging port replaced. Was told a price of $100 and it would be ready by the end of the week. Price was ridiculous for a $8 part and maybe an hour of work. But when I went to pick it up on the day I was told to, it wasn't ready. Didn't receive a call or update. Was told it will be done by next Tuesday. Again no call or update and when I called to check on it Tuesday they still didn't have an idea. Again I called on the next Friday and got the owner on the phone. He talked with an employee and apparently it needed more then a charging port. He promised me it would be done by the following Tuesday and there would be no further charges due to the lack of communication. Big surprise when I go to pick it up on that Tuesday that its not done and the employee working has zero knowledge of the promise made. Finally after 3.5 weeks later and ZERO communication from them it was done. When I went to pick it up there was an additional charge that I was told would not happen. I paid it to be done and over with this nightmare. Taking it home and inspecting it closer Some of the screws on the body are almost completely stripped and the case has a small crack in it from where it was pried open. The Joycon ribbon cable connection was melted to the point it wont release, thermal past was not properly reapplied and the cartridge/headphone jack looks burned. Now a week later the console is throwing another code. Will never take anything back to this place again.

It took little longer to fix my cellphone, but I was wery happy. They do a good job for resonable price.
