Decent place to get a few extra bucks if you don’t mind the smell and the line. The last time I was here, I was treated horribly by a man working here. He screamed and cussed at me in front of my 5 yr old for walking up to an open machine after waiting in the heat for 20 mins. He also screamed at multiple people in line and overall was incredibly hateful. I don’t remember his name but I hope he’s not working here still.

I am glad the bottle drop redemption center is available to people to drop off their recycled cans and bottles either in green bags to the side of the building or by personally putting them in the machines themselves. Before the bottle drop, it was frustrating. Some places (Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway) would have machines you could use, but they were broken often, and it seemed no one would have the time to come out. Going in to the store with cans would be received with a dark glare, and long wait times due to your needs being the last on the list of importance when it came to guests. At the bottle drop, you have employees working specifically to deal with the recycling of our cans!! And work hard, these people do. There is no doubt about it. You have to stand in line usually. If that is a problem to you, just get some green bags and take two bags a day to the side door of the building, once you have set up your account with them inside and received your bags. I don't mind standing in line. The smell, well, you get used to it. The employees are the best, too. Seriously. You try to do what they do and put up with what they put up with. Appreciate them for being there. I do. See you next time I am full of cans!

You can recycle your liquor bottles, as well as other glass containers, at Rogue Dispisal's recycle bin at Food4Less on Biddle. The bin sits out closer to Biddle, adjacent to the hotel there.
Yes! We are open every day except for Christmas and Thanksgiving and half a day on fourth of July.
No. The machines will top out at a certain amount of money. You simply push the button to get your ticket, then continue to load in more cans.
To discourage returns and enhance funding of PERS.
No. U can drop there 24/7
Only on core water bottles because they are large caps (per their request)
You need to put cans in the machines yourself. You do have the option of getting a bottle drop account and get green bags. You drop the full green bags in the drop door and they will count it and add it to your account. It does have a small fee for the bags and counting them. You can only drop 2 green bags a day, unless you have a lot and contact them about it.
Yes. You have to wait in line and put them in the machines yourself though.
The best time for me

To access your account card, use your smart phone and download the BottleDrop App. Log in using the username and password you just created. Voila! Your account card is in the app and ready to use. If you would like a physical card in addition to the app card, just log in to your account online, then click on Manage BottleDrop Cards. You will be given a unique six-digit code. Use the code at a kiosk near you. Then, a card will dispense from the kiosk. Find kiosks using our location finder .
No the green bags go to the door on the side of the building and there's also another drop spot in White City

Yes they are
The alternative is during the day I have seen customers meet at far left of building for green bags.
Just be happy you dident stand in line for hours for money that was yours in the first place. Oregons bottle drop is a joke and a scam
As far as I know they have fixed it according to reliable sources, also when it is broke you can still bring your recyclables in to the front desk and they will help you and you won't have to feed them one at a time
From my experience small bottles aren't accepted in the machine (I drink 12oz Gatorade) but you can take them up to the rep and they can return them for you and I still get my deposit.
No its still has long lines. I like the green bag bottle service u drop ur cans in green bags and make account with them by end of day u have ur money on the account
You can turn in 350 cans per day per person. Then you scan your receipt in the machine and get the cash.
You can recycle up to 350 per day at the Bottle Drop center
