Unfortunately, no. The Korean restaurant, on Central Ave., called Soo Rah carries Soju. Also an excellent place to eat authentic Korean food.

I doubt they deliver but when I was there they had a lot of Filipino ingredients. Not sure on bagoong but definitely a pretty big selection for the area
The aisian market over by winco might have them if not they would know where to get it if they dont have it. Best of luck on your search.
