Went in to have a tail light and a head light fixed, two of the mechanics were standing by the doors smoking cigarettes. Once we went in we asked a young blonde kid if they could do the work and all of the older guys who were out smoking, had come in by now and when the kid asked them, they laughed mockingly and said “nothing is working” and proceeded to tell us that they couldn’t help us. Looks like we will be going somewhere else, they really need to work on their customer service skills with the automotive employees as it appears the older men have none. As someone who worked with Walmart for years, I’m disgusted by this interaction.

Had appointment for 4 new tires. They had my truck in the bay With three tires off when the tire guy,not a mechanic, came out to tell me he couldn't remove some lug nuts on the last wheel, he had no clue what to do. Told me I had to take my truck somewhere else to get the lugs removed when I did it myself in the bay he had a fit and ran for the store manager. I told them to put my tires back on and I was out of there. Never use them again. Took them 1 1/2 hours to get 3 tires off.

I have used their service on all three of my cars but was a bit irritated when I made an appointment for 11 to change all four tires to find out when I got there they were 45 minutes behind and then everyone left for lunch as I was sitting there with my car in the garage not being touched. Needless to say my car was not even put on the lift until after 12 one hour after my scheduled appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! It wasn’t finished until close to 1 almost two hours to replace 4 tires!?!? Also didn’t appreciate being followed around the store like I was stealing there’s no waiting area for the service department.

At first I would have given 5 stars. The initial associate I worked with was extremely helpful. Got me all set for my new battery, wipers, and tires. But then learned that the tires that I was told where in stock, were not available and could only sell me tires at a considerably higher price. So now new tires. When I went to check out, the battery was 30.00 more and the kid (no more than 17) charged me twice for the wipers. There was no seating to wait. Yet plenty of room for a few seats. And it took 1 1/2 hours to complete and there were no other customers. I won't be using this Walmart again.
