You overcharge about 40% more than my actual mechanic located in Maine. We have receipts, and I will add them if you push me. You also lied to my fiances face and told her there was no mechanic to finish her inspection. I told her to be firm and she said that wouldn't fly. MAGICALLY A MECHANIC APPEARED. THAT is a lie! As for ME, I told her to not to go to VIP after you people told me I need a new catalytic converter on a car with nothing wrong! $3000 you wanted. You string people along when they get an inspection sticker, you overbooked appointments, and force people to make tough decisions. This is what you do. You can deny it, but this is what *happens*. Thankfully I'm talking to the incompetent manager and they can know how awful their service is! Bye!

It is unfortunate that I waited 4.5 hours to have my car aligned and to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. When I left, the car was still not in spec. I was very disappointed. Jon from Sanford called and asked me to bring it there, so the next day I did. They found I needed to replace something in the rear (it wasn't in spec in the front, but I did what was asked.) I ordered the parts. The next day, Monday, I was driving down the road and lost control of my car. I ended up in a ditch, but luckily was able to drive out. That night it was discovered I had 4 loose lugnuts on 3 wheels and 1 loose lugnut on the last wheel. It was also discovered that my axle nut could be spun off by hand with 3 more turns to go. The axle had not been touched in 2.5 years when I did all 4 wheel bearings and control arms in December of 2019. Jon refunded the alignment and tire mounting and balancing, then offered to make it right. So, I went back after the parts were installed. I was told that I now needed rear toe links. It is true, they were really bad and an essential part to the alignment. However, I was told I needed to find the strut bolts I had replaced with camber adjusters because my camber adjusters were put in wrong. Well, I had discarded them 2.5 years ago when I replaced the wheel bearings and control arms. So, even if I did the toe links, it seemed that my car wouldn't be aligned properly. I replaced the toe links and then took it to the dealership where they aligned it and had no problem with figuring out how the adjusters worked. Jon is a nice dude who did try to make things right, but it just seemed like I was being told things that were untrue because I am a female. The parts that were worn needed replacing, I saw how bad it was with my own eyes. The camber aspect in the front seemed sketchy to me.

Worst customer service ever! The manager in training, Tim, is a poor excuse of a manger. I would be embarrassed to say that man ran my business. Not only did he yell and talk over me but then he proceeded to tell me he couldn't put my tires back on my truck after they were already off AND tried to refuse to do my alignment because HE read the notes incorrectly. I spent over $1200 for tires, install and alignment and was treated with extreme disrespect. I also spent over 3 hours waiting for my tires to be mounted and an alignment done. All I wanted done was what I paid for. Thank goodness for the mechanic tech Shawn, he was the ONLY person there with any sort of customer service skills and was willing to complete the services paid for. He should be the manager. I will NEVER go back here if Tim is present.

Update to my review 3-28-22 I received a call from John the manager this morning, He was very polite and pleasant to talk to. He assured me they are working on getting more staff to provide timely service and wanted to make sure I have a pleasant experience the next time I need work done to my vehicle. he even went out of his way to refund me for my troubles I had with the establishment, which he did not have to do. Excellent response from a great manager to the problems I had! Scheduled my appointment for a Saturday at 4 pm. Go to my appointment and they tell me they over booked appointments for that day. I reschedule for Monday at 4pm to try and make it easier instead o making a stink about them over booking.Go to my appointment the following Monday and they never rescheduled me! Spoke with the woman behind the counter and she gave excellent customer service making sure I was rescheduled for another day and that it was actually put in the system. Rescheduled for a Thursday at 1pm, had a friend take my car to the appointment as I had to work. He got there for 1pm and they didn’t get done until after 4pm just doing an alignment and putting new tires on my car, which I understand being under staffed but that seems a bit long to get the work done. Now today I was looking at my tires and I noticed who ever worked on my vehicle STOLE MY VALVE STEM COVERS and put other generic ones on them! I will never go back there to have work done to my vehicle do to the lack of competent employees! (Other then the woman I talked to), for not getting work done in a timely manor, and there being a thief. Jokes on the person who stole the valve stem covers though (I bought then a different orilleys for 10 bucks!).

It is stamped right on the tires of your car. Take that number and compare on various websites.
Roughly $25 per tire... 99% percent of the time, unless you're putting mud tires on, it's $25.
