Went in for an oil change and a couple weeks later noticed I had a small oil leak coming from the filter. I called them and they offered to come to my house to check out the problem after work hours. We decided it was best I come to the shop the next day. Came in first thing before they opened they took care of the issue didn't charge me a penny and were super pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond for customer service to a degree I haven't experienced in a long time. Couldn't be more pleased with the guys at rochester prompts. They all deserve a raise.
