Outstanding sales person. Wanted information about ordering a new Prius and about hybrid cars. Even though my purchase will be out of state at another Toyota dealership, this young man made a copy of a recent Prius sales order and told me to call or stop in anytime I had any questions or needed service. Very informed, personable, and helpful. Wish I could order the car from him and pick it up from dealership in New Mexico.

Before hanging up on your potential customer it’s best to say “have a good day” or something, not “okay” and then hang up! Also, STOP CALLING ME. Harassment. Wait for your potential customer to return your call, don’t call them DAILY! Awful. Never doing business with you.

Be aware of market adjustment up charge. Disappointed in our experience here. We were looking for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and understand it's a crazy market for them. We located one at Rochester that was coming in a couple months. We put down a $500 deposit for the car, and then got a call that they had the same one on the lot ready to go and sent us a link with the specs and the price! Excited, we decided to move ahead with the purchase. Right before filling out the credit application, my husband asked to confirm the price we would pay (as he read another review about sneaky market adjustments). That's when they informed us there is a $3,500 market adjustment fee (which was not disclosed at any point in the process). That should be disclosed in the first conversation about a Highlander Hybrid. Could you imagine if he didn't ask and we drove 3 hours with our kids in the car?!? Felt so frustrating and terrible, we walked. While I know it's a competitive market and they could sell that car to anybody, just be up front and honest with customers.

I bought a used jeep the sales man Mike was awesome he was new but did his best to get us out quickly cause we had our newborn with us. As for the detail job done to the jeep was awful there was stuff all over the seats and windows when I told our sales person on the phone he said I could come in and get it detailed again on that Friday but when I called that morning I was told there wasn’t time for me to come in that day and we could pick a different day but every time I called I got the voicemail and not a real person so I gave up. We were also given a key fob with a dead battery and the Jeep was on completely empty for gas the light was even on so luckily we made it to a gas station!! I don’t think I will be buying another veg it from this dealership.
