I spent over a thousand dollars at gamestop last year and also signed up for 2 years of pro member. I tried several times to use my rewards and $5 monthly free bucks. Never was able to use either. The manager spent time talking to corporate to solve the issue but it always came back to the same thing. Yes you have pro member but it will not let you use your rewards. I have forgotten my loss and will never spend a penny here.

I love visiting my local Game Stop, always great conversation with the Employees and I always leave Happy and appreciate the attentiveness of everyone that works there. They are always on key with updates and remember their regulars faves for game's! I recommend going here to any local Gamer's or collectors.

I bought a console bundle from the company website with a game that I had absolutely no interest in. Staff at this location would not let me trade in the game because I brought it in un opened and company policy states no sealed games. I don't appreciate something that I purchased from the company with the receipt in hand being treated like it was stolen from another store. I didnt want to return it because I know that I cant return parts of a bundle separately. Corporate policy or not they should be able to make an exception for someone with a receipt especially a receipt from their company. Gamestop used to be one of my favorite stores but as I get older I have noticed that their customer service is very lacking.
