I have gone several times to the Springfield, OR Sherwin-Williams store. The sales associates there are always helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. The store is new, clean, and has an excellent selection of products.

On 072722, I was at this location, Kaitlyn was the only employee working with the phone ringing off the hook, several customers waiting to be helped and she was so calm, polite, multi-tasking, and she deserves recognition. She handled herself quite well while under pressure.
