The Barbacoa is good but lacks a bit of flavor The birria is nowhere near as good as The Quack Taco Truck down and across the street next to the Knecht's auto parts store! Hope this helps.
No but it would certainly be cheaper to buy a nice and work on your nice skills. It will cut down on waste and it works for a lot more than lettuce.
