I've been in a few times to grab items for work and have been treated well each time. This time, however, I was treated with better service than I'm used to receiving anywhere. Nothing over the top, just an employee who was courteous, caring and very helpful. Josh in Shipping and Print services has an amazing attitude and you can tell is just naturally helpful. He even gave me a tech tip related to the item I was shipping back to Amazon. Amazing service. Thanks, Josh, for your help.

The level of customer service and attention that I receive every time I visit this store is amazing. I have had a couple critical proposals due that needed to be rushed and they did it with a smile (HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Mgr. MIKE AND KAYLEE!!) You both are rock stars! Last week, I ordered banners online and they came out beautifully. Other than Nordstroms, I never been to a brick and mortar store that has made me feel so important and cared about. Thank you for being a member of our community in Rochester! I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Great store, very helpful employees and nice selection of items. My last trip there involved the return of a printer that I purchased online and needed to return (it arrived late and I had already purchase one from that same store). The computers were down so they couldn't process the return so they took my number, told me to leave the printer and said they'd call me as soon as they were able to process the return. Within an hour after leaving the store, John called me to tell me everything went through with the refund. Great place!
