A beautiful campground on Lake Baxter. Our friend's site had a view of the lake and was so peaceful, (it was a weekday). Everything was neat and clean. There were multiple play areas for kids and the beach areas were exceptionally clean.

Most amazing campground I've ever been to! Tons of activities for all ages! Beautiful beaches! A couple very nice rental cabins! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Spent the weekend here with my wife and 3 year old daughter in one of the two log style cabins for rent. The cabin was immaculate....nice and open and extremely well appointed. Fully stocked with silverware, plate, cups. Very nice furnishings...air conditioned, cable TV....beautiful covered porch. The campground is very clean and the staff are very atentative. We purchased some firewood for the outdoor pit behind our cabin and it was delivered to our site. The play areas are very clean. There is a great family feeling here amongst everyone. Lots of kids and family activities here. The best thing of all was seeing the joy and fun my daughter had while here at Grandview Campground..which is priceless.

His name is Bob. It's kind of an exclusive place. Lots of friends and family that have been camping here for years. He spend alot of money for the kids here as well. Best campground around in my opinion.

The sites are leased yearly. I believe there is a waiting list. Call them for more info. There may be something for sale at Baxter lake recreation area.
No. Camp ground is open from around May 15 through Columbus day. It closes down completely the following weekend. i.e. water is shut off.
Yes. In the safari field. You need to call ahead and reserve. They go fast!
