Booked 3 weeks ago; no where did it say on the website it was aerification was in effect. Not only that, when we got there, no one told us the back 9 was closed and it was a replay of front 9. I asked the girl after the 9 holes, she said the cart guy in red was supposed to tell us. I asked her where the head pro or the director of golf is because this was not forewarned to us. She gave me the head pro’s phone number instead. I want to reiterate we paid in full. I asked for a rain check because we were not told the back 9 was closed. It was not on the website when I booked. There were no aerification discount. We paid in full. The money was one thing, but the customer service could not have been worst. It was disingenuous of them to “not tell us” that the back 9 was closed. We didn’t find out till we finish playing hole 9. That was disingenuous, deceptive and completely disrespectful. Value is one thing, but this is lying and cheating your customers. I did not make a scene but I want everyone to read this review. I want this review on here so the customer service is better. Wait till the tailwind of this pandemic is over and golf isn’t a thing anymore. You’ve loss a customer for life here.

Great shape. Great pace. Now to be picky, just a lot of kids screaming on some holes. Greens were slow but they were aerated a month ago. I’ll be back for sure to check it out when the greens are fully cured.
