I went here to get my nose pierced and they used a piercing gun. The jewelry kept falling out so I called to see what I could do about it. They told me I could come back and they would re-pierce it for me. This time, it got infected. (my boyfriend also got his ear pierced and it got infected as well) I was confused because I was taking good care of it and using the products they suggested. I decided to let it heal and try to go to another place, Way Out in Willow Grove Mall. The lady that did my piercing said they shouldn’t be using a piercing gun for a nose piercing and after doing my own research I realized she was correct. I will never be going back here for piercings especially since I paid $80 both times to get it pierced. If you are looking for a place to get a piercing I highly recommend Way Out in Willow Grove!! It was cheaper, very clean, and they have a bigger selection of jewelry for when you first get it pierced. I am very upset because I wasted time and money at this place. Please save yourself the trouble!

This was my first time ever getting my ears pierced and they are the only people to make me feel comfortable enough to go through with this process. Beth was the sweetest person ever, not judge mental at all and wanted to help. There was also a very sweet girl with a Jean Madeline shirt on (can’t remember her name) and all my nerves went away as they talked me through how easy it was. My grand mom, mom, and sister have went here throughout their 50 years in business. Highly suggest them!!!
