I went in after I noticed fraudulent activity on my debit card. The rep did not ask me for any identification nor did she confirm my address. She only asked for the old card and acct #. I was a former CSR so I know that's basic info. I could've been anyone. She attempted to try and upsale me on a credit card that I had no interest in. Read the room. Ppl with fraud on their accts are most likely anxious and not interested. Afterwards I realized the new card had my old zip code attached when I made purchases online. I had to call customer support to have it corrected (again) even though I updated my address with TD over a year ago. This could've been avoided had she verified all my info. The only saving grace is when I went in a few days later because after the card was closed I still saw fraudulent activity. The rep was much better and very helpful. Her name started with a K I believe. She assured me that the activity I saw was from the previous card and that my new card was ok.

Horrible customer service in this branch. Tellers leave you standing around clueless and don't have the decency to say something as simple as "good morning, I'll be with you in a moment" so we don't guess who's the active teller(s). Slow drive through as well. I've had a MUCH better experience further east at the branch by target in Centerton

If I could do no stars I would, after a deposit was done on Friday, funds were made available. Saturday we made a withdrawal without a problem, I go to withdraw again, different day, different teller, she said because the check may be returned she couldn't give me the money as she didn't feel comfortable. Mind you all checks are always going to have the same risks and if so I would be the one stock with the fees. She asks another teller, who tells me to go back to the branch that did give me the first withdrawal in the middle of the storm with every road flooded, when I asked why if they are the same bank, he said they have different rules, when I asked if this is going to happen every time they said yes and when I asked when I could use my money they said another week even though the funds have already been availble. Worse customer service. I drove to the Cinnaminson branch and they were extremely nice, teller checked everything unlike the first two who can't do their job, and took care or everything without an issue. Do NOT go to this branch, they have horrible customer service.
