For 8 years I have been carrying out banking operations in this office as a Bank of America client, and for several months and as never before, I have been observing the loss of the values ​​that at some point distinguished its employees, which has affected the lousy customer service, and I am not personally referring only to my case, but to those I have had the opportunity to witness the treatment of other customers. On more than one occasion some of your employees waste time unnecessarily while the line of customers grows; in my case they have shown signs of ineptitude in their functions on two occasions offering untrue information with the purpose of not fulfilling their functions (they lie); I have been the object of bad treatment when on one occasion I claimed my rights as a client and the response of the official who assisted me was "that I could go to another bank", which constitutes bad treatment of the client. In general, I consider that this office classifies as "THE WORST OF ALL BANK OF AMERICA OFFICES IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND EFFICIENCY IN ITS FUNCTIONS. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FIND ANOTHER THAT SURPASSES IT IN THESE INDICATORS."

I walked in Monday at 11am, Micheal was the teller everyone was getting acknowledge and being greeted, only 1 teller, 4-5 customer in line at 11am then 4-5 employees in their cubicles helping other people, when my turn came first thing he says debit card, not bank of America debit card, I'm not an account holder so he said there is a limit of $5000 limit for non account holders and tell me to go to my bank that they will help me there, he seem very bored of the job and at this time I left since i was not offered to open an account or any type of help when trying to cash a BOA check from my employer. Lesson learned never coming here again, and I love the Publix across the street but the customer service has been forgotten here in this BOA.

This bank has definitely wasted my time and energy for an hour Beatriz and Jerandy treated me badly and I’ve been a costumer with this bank for years and I am extremely disappointed I don’t recommend anyone to come here
