I just want to avoid the headache of sending through this company, they are going to tell you a lie, they are going to tell you that shipments take 20 to 25 days to reach the place where they want to send them, and it is a lie, and they you know , because they dedicate themselves to that . But they choose to lie to their "customers", so that one sends packages with them anyway. Well, two months ago I sent a package and I still don't know ANYTHING about the package... and to top it off, I tried to call the company to ask them for some information that I need to find out about the package in Cuba, and I passed 4 days waiting for them to call, nobody called me, I had to call them again, so that in the end, they gave me the wrong information, I still haven't been able to see anything about my package. This place is a disaster, I know it's not your fault that the packages are being delayed, but it is your responsibility to be honest with your customers, and not lie to us as long as we send things with them. It's a scam and they know it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
