I love this place. The management team is incredible and everyone here is as friendly as they get. They're are never any major issues and everybody gets along great. The sunsets here are beautiful. The management team is always working to make this a better place to live. Once again, I live this little community that I call home.

I lived there 3 years and was never once late on my rent but Al Wagner the other owner harassed me along with his manager to get me out of there even though I was never late once on my rent. Kevin Davidson, the Majority owner said I could live there as long as I wanted too. I was harassed so much by the Manager Rhonda? Choking us burning boats 50' away. I even had a restraining order but since we decided to move out I did not serve it on her. She told me I could leave my Truck and Travel Trailer there while I moved. She said she also had a buyer for my trailer but never sold it like she said she would. We moved to the State of Washington. I came back 2 weeks later to get my Truck and Travel Trailer, and they had the lot it was in cordoned off. Told me I could come back later and get it once PG&E fixed a Electrical Line they knocked down back their with the giant forklift. Al even said I could come back and get it. Not once did they mention they planned to charge me an astronomical amount of money to retrieve my vehicles. I thought they were glad I moved even though Kevin said I could stay as long as I wanted too. I came back and saw they were on the watch for me, so I brought the Sheriffs as standby. Lot a good that did. Even though I had no legal eviction papers served on me they claimed I could not have my property. I should have known because they did it to a houseboat owner also in the past. Al once told me the only way poor people get rich is by suing rich people. I say the only way rich people get rich is by stealing from poor people! I learned it from Al Wagner himself 1st hand as they stole my Truck and Travel Trailer with law enforcement help! Since I was never served any legal papers I was supposed to be able to take my property off their land. That is what one officer told me, and he told me to get standby's to do so. I do not care what Trump Says, do not trust law enforcement, especially in Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, Bethel Island areas. They are a bunch of crooks themselves. They would not even allow me to get my medical equipment out of my Trailer. It has not been 4 years yet, and I am still thinking of suing them big time. That truck I paid cash for at $11K from the FORD dealer in Pittsburg CA. Those liars stole it. My advice to you. Stay as far away from that place as you possibly can. I liked Kevin but Al is nothing but a drunk. Since I left that place I haven't even had hardly any drinks myself nor Medical MJ. I watched there Harbor Master Break in on boats out on the dock before I left their. Same guy also kept trying to slice my Extension cord that feed electricity all the way from the well pump to the back corner of that lot. 250' of extension cord and the electrical is so bad it fried half my wiring in my trailer and caught fire. They were supposed to within 1 month of moving back their have it properly wired and an electrical box put on it so it would not damage my Trailer. They never did, They hooked my Water up to the air pressure gauge line on the well. It spit air every time I tried to use the hot water heater. It eventually wiped out the core in my Hot water heater and the plumbing in the trailer from the explosive air and water pressure they fed me. I kept texting Kevin telling him that was going to happen and sure enough right before we started to move it did. I could not even run my AC and I have MS and medically need to stay cool. These people are scammers. Most of them are on Meth. Even the Manager. That is why this Island is called Methyl Island instead of Bethel Island. They were trying to charge me $75 to dump for Refrigerators I got off the lot I was living on and used as tool boxes while I was there. They three away my stuff in the back of my Pickup, 1998 GMC Sierra Ext. Cab 1500. It was loaded with all my main tools for survival. Axes, shovels, hand saws & drills and etc. Those along would have run at least $1k to replace it all. All my inherited dishes from my grandmother where still in that trailer. Those where memories and irreplaceable. As where other items in that trailer.
