I went into the store and already had a bad vibe from one of the employees making the drinks by the dirty looks she was giving us. we hadn’t said anything to her or anyone but rather just talking with my group i was with. she had made my drink wrong so i politely said “excuse me, i asked for this hot” as i asked for a hot caramel macchiato and received a iced one. she said very rude and fakely “okay” and smirked as she turned around. she had left the iced drink on the counter and i had assumed that i would be keeping the drink as she messed up the order and made an inconvenience for me. so as i sit down with my drink already waiting 15 minutes longer than i should have she says in a snobby voice “i need that drink back”. i approach the table and give it back as she snatched it out of my hands and threw it in the trash. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈
