It's delicious! What are you waiting for? Go eat here today! Only reason it's not 5/5 is because I wish the portions were a bit more balanced. I want enough congri and plantains to to finish with the meat buuuut then I would just eat the plantains!

Im not sure. If it is a service dog im sure they would let you inside. But they do have sitting outside which i would think that is fine as well.
