Worst experience I had making a purchase! Spent 3 hours day one, the Manager told us to come in the next day with a trade in for a credit towards a new device. Day 2 spent 2 1/2 hours to be told they just closed and he’d have everything ready to walk in and out, today we never heard from him and walked in to hear he couldn’t do anything today and we left to port over to ATT

Went into store to talk about an upgrade for a new phone. I went in an hour before closing and Kevin was my consultant. He was very nice and very helpful. As the time approached closing time, Kevin never rushed me.
