They do great work but they are terrible with their valet service. On several occasions after waiting up to 8 minutes once in my car- even after making eye contact with people inside- no one came to collect my bag. Literally the last three times I’ve had to go inside and drop off or pickup. It’s kind of annoying since this is a service they claim to offer. Again, the service is good, prices are a little higher than others, but customer service could be improved upon.
