Was nice and clean very friendly. Need more on the breakfast menu had breakfast sausage everyday instead of maybe changing up on beacon some of the days. And also changing the happy hour menu instead of Salsa and chips. Something else. Other wise everything else was fine.

Loved Catherine at breakfast, she was kind to my children and attentive and on top of it. They had a popcorn machine for special socials but weren't able to make those. Fridge froze our food but did not keep frozen our ice cream🤔 The rooms were clean and comfortable, I like the closet space. Would have used the pool if we weren't busy traveling. It's in walking distance from Bandanas BBQ which we tried. Would recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay near St Louis.

The staff here were just wonderful—the receptionist on the night of 1/31 was amazing, I was too tired to catch his name but he was wonderful. Knew just how to streamline everything and was very competent and kind. The shuttle drivers were so nice as well. My room and the lobby were very clean. The hotel had availability at short notice in the late evening for a reasonable price, and it was just a short, complimentary shuttle ride to and from the airport. Only stayed for one night but would not hesitate to return!

Positive: The staff was so pleasant the lobby areas were so clean and well kept and the rooms were very clean. Please give the room cleaners a raise. This was a solo trip to see family for the holidays and you made my trip extra special. Thank you for your service Negative: I like everything about the hotel.
