On of the worst hotels I have been. We checked in checked the room signs of Bed bugs, kids were being bit by fleas, boarded windows, dirty ceilings that are so dirty that you can see the dust hanging, smoke detector had a cut wire hanging out. Floor had something so sticky your shoe stuck to the floor like it was glue. Red stains on the bathroom wall, a/c had a bunch of stuff inside. We checked out 5 mins later with our complaint and was charged a cleaning fee.. yes a cleaning fee for a dirty room. Had I known they would do that I would have taken much more and better pictures.

This place doesn’t deserve one star. Me and my family didn’t even get a chance to sleep there. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms were hot and my AC unit was broken. Get this… there roaches in the outdated AC unit and after further investigation we found bed bugs on the mattress. I couldn’t believe that people were even staying there. I immediately requested a refund and we left!! Please don’t support this poorly managed and unkept business.

Positive: The fact that I survived the night. Negative: Everything! Horrible neighborhood. Half the people in the hotel were tenants, not guests. Hookers and addicts it appeared. Super noisy, filthy, roach ridden. Gang symbols scratched into my room walls. Why this place isnt boarded up is beyond me.

Positive: Location and walking distance. Negative: Housekeeper not cleaning room each day while you in it. We Customer have to throw our own trash outside the door. I assume because of the covid-19. That's understandable and I'm not complaining. We will contact the front desk staff for cleaning.
