I rented a large outside unit at the Council Bluffs facility. Dennis checked me in… and checked me out 4 1/2 years later. Friendly and professional! Had a billing issue early on, which was rectified immediately. Very secure! Driveways were plowed quickly in winter. Always available.

I've been with them a year and looking to find somewhere else for this reason. They will increase without good notice as well as charge you for their insurance even if you have it covered with renters insurance. I'm tired of contesting every month's bill...

This will help you create walkways and keep your most-used belongings close for easy access. StorageMart offers two types of special units for temperature sensitive items. A heated unit is warmer in the winter to prevent the temperature from dropping too low. This unit type is especially common in areas with very cold winters. A climate controlled unit is one that is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, keeping the interior at a moderate temperature. This is the ideal storage solution for temperature sensitive items such as electronics, antiques, or musical instruments.
