I have been consistently experiencing people breaking into my apt and checking without prior notice. My door was left open when I came back one day. Again, at 9: 25 am on May 5, 2022, there's another person who directly opened my apartment for checking while I was sleeping. As a female, you can imagine how scary this was. The office has no respect for tenants. Protect yourself.

The apartments look great. Management was very reliable and answer when you need them. When me and my girlfriend were touring and looking for apartments, every place we've been to literally gave us only part of the information. District was able to provide us with every piece of information that was needed. I feel very comfortable with the area. Peaceful and quiet. If you have dogs, it is a safe and comfortable area to walk them around. They do community gatherings and have 24/7 maintenance, which is great. Service is my key worry when applying for apartments. District very much proved to me that it is very reliable and worth spending money at.

I’ve had an overall good experience here. When I burst moved in back in July, the leasing office was horrible about communication. Lately though, they have been very reachable and also a lot more friendly. I believe there are different people working. There have been a couple times where people enter without letting us know, like today what I believe was a city inspector was let into our apartment without a warning. We like the pool in the summer, and they are working on expanding the gym. The interior of our townhouse needs updated, like the paint, the tiles in the bathtub, and woodwork. I will say they are making steady upgrades exteriorly like changing out our doors and upgrading the porch lights. They also keep the landscaping nice which I appreciate. The one time we’ve needed something fixed, it got done quickly. Overall, we like staying here. Just wish the cosmetic part of the interior was better.

I lived at a two bedroom apartment at the district for a year plus a few months and had a decent experience. The grounds were well taken care of, the maintenance workers were sweet, and I took advantage of the amenities they offered. I will say that the inside of the apartment is fairly renovated but the bones are old; meaning the floors, utility closet, furnace, air conditioning unit, and doors. The windows also let in so much cold air in the winter. At the end of my lease they unfortunately raised my rent over $350 during renewal time and I didn’t think the apartment was worth that high of rent. I tried to see what I could do to stay, but they weren’t flexible. So I had to move.

2BR premium is about 975. 2BR deluxe is about 1075. If you look at their website they have exact numbers per unit, because it depends what street you're on also. I don't know the answer to the second question.

How much is a 2 bedroom apt ?
