12:15 noon (ct) Fri. July 8, 2022. I am new to Rockford, IL. I must say Rockford Library @ 6685 E. State St has the nicest, polite & patient employees. They answered all my questions, explaining everything in a way that elderly can understand. Sorry, I forgot the names of those that helped me.

Been coming here since last year, and while I think some of the graphic novel section should be expanded, the staff is great, they leave you alone, they´ll help you in almost any situation, and the self checkouts and check-in stations are all very high quality and top notch. Definitely a great place to go. AND, their is their little own book store in here, selling children´s books, VHS, Comic books(Though small supply), and DVD´s.

Walked in and was greeted promptly. The ladies at the front desk did a great job assisting us even with a many people there. The only issue I had was with the computers and having them close abruptly when the time limit is up.
