This place is not HONEST!!! They don't use GENUINE APPLE products. Ubreakifix doesn't tell you they don't use nongenuine apple products. No signs anywhere about it and no one explains they don't use apple products. My iPhone 12 max pro broke and turned black all of a sudden. Ubreakifix told me they could replace my screen and brought to my attention that my LCD was broken. I waited two weeks without a phone to get the repair done. My phone has no cracks and was in good condition. After the repair, my screen was glitching when I message people. The screen would move to other apps by itself and had sensory issues. The phone would flicker and the screen they use was draining my battery. Some apple features couldn't work due to the fact it's not a real apple screen. When I got home, my phone gave me a notification about a nongenuine apple screen. I shrugged it off thinking it was gonna go away, then a month later my screen was black with white lines on the bottom. It was glitchy and all of a sudden turned black. They fix problems but damage your phone in the long run. They want you to come back for another repair and make you spend more money.

I took my phone here to pursue a warranty claim. The employees handled everything with that. I had my phone fixed for free and back within a few business days- they had to order parts. And they actually got it done a few days earlier than expected. It works as good as it did before and I will definitely recommend using their services.
