I would be very careful I lived there for three years. They had a severe waste water leak and many times my room would flood with waste water. I left after a drug dealer gunned down two kids that tried to rob him of his drug's, happened right outside my unit. Never returned my deposit. The state of Florida places sex offenders there, never had the first problem with that, most of them were very good model citizens and polite. The staff were a little hard to work with and they show priority to people they are friends with. But that can be expected anywhere you go. I would not suggest that if you have children to move there.

Ok well i just talked to them n they told me the weekly are furnished so I would have to get a storage unit for my house full of nice things that I'm dont want to lose but that I could bring them wat would fit when we get the month but then she also said there is a one bedroom apartment for 900$ available now in the back. That could fit all of our things but I don't Kno bc it's kinda high

Looks like this place used to be a super 8 then a motel 6 then these people bought it. They should take down the signs on the highway that are in the shape of those hotels signs.

I know of someone who lived there and they went several times a week to find out if they had any openings. They have since moved out and don't plan on going back.

The office is closed on the weekends not sure if they are open monday because its a holiday once you fill out the application you gotta wait for the background check to come back and that takes a few days

Best bet is to go in person so you can fill out the application and get the process started. They are located to the left side of once was the lobby. They do have a waiting list. They are located off 524 on Friday road on the left. I have friends living there and they are enjoying their apartment. It's a bit out of the way but the bus stops at the building.
