Looks like this place used to be a super 8 then a motel 6 then these people bought it. They should take down the signs on the highway that are in the shape of those hotels signs.

Neither, it's a old hotel yea but they are privately owned and rented as weeklys n monthly Cheaper than a hotel a little.
