Brung in self propelled lawn mower, took three days to be looked at, was told I was going to get a call on status of it. Never got a call. Worst customer service ever, as a fellow veteran I would not recommend this place to anyone who has a small job that needs to be fixed, all you get is the run around for something so simple. Very unsatisfied customer. Did not meet my expectations, could of easily gave it a one star but at least they do answer the phone promptly and they do their deligience as far as trying to help out but as far as getting the work done and trouble shooting, you will be left behind. If it wasn't for me keeping following up, my lawn mower would probably still be at shop getting "fixed", unreal.

Tyler is the reason I keep calling & using rev-cut mower for maintenance & repairs. I had my Toro Titan serviced there & it was returned with the belts off. Tyler was put on the phone & he is excellent at customer service. He needs a raise. He is kind and honest & that means a lot in today's world. Everyone there could learn from him. Kudos Tyler!

Rev Cut is the absolute best mower shop in Brevard County. Thank you so much for having a stocked parts department and making time to squeeze me into your busy schedule. I will make the drive from Palm Bay and bypass several other shops every time I need anything for my equipment.
