I have ordered so many replacement parts for all of my PENN reels through this company and all I can say is WOW! They have anything you need to rebuild these always failing reels with. If you use them as much as I do. The service is fast and the website is awesome to navigate. I recommend them to anyone that rebuilds and reuses reels other than just trashing them.

No visitors allowed inside, we have curbside pickup/dropoff only. Family business with only one employee outside our own home, he's already vaccinated. Surfaces sterilized and hands washed regularly. Everyone masking and distancing. Two of us scheduled for vax starting this week and the other two on lists for asap.
