Husband went in because he kept experiencing heart attack symptoms that were getting worse and would not let up. He has a very bad family history of heart attacks and complications in all of the males in his family. They were not busy when he went in. They took his vitals, gave him benedryl and pain medicine, and sent him home. He was there an hour. Had to leave and take him to a different hospital, who luckily knew what they were doing and actually ran tests to be able to treat him. We came to this facility because it was the closest at the time, and thought we could trust an HCA facility, but don't go here or bring your family members here. You know it's bad when the employees have to leave 5 star reviews to level out all the bad reviews.

This Dr was Rude, and had no bedside manners. Did not seem to care and I was just short and rude.

I (mistakenly) brought my 5 year old son to this location after he had some abnormal lab work, was experiencing belly pain and was throwing up. I assumed they would rerun the labs and maybe take a peek at his belly. I figured it was nothing serious but his PCP wasn’t able to squeeze him in and since he was throwing up I wanted to steer on the side of caution. To my surprise, the Dr on duty dismissed us pretty quickly. She told me she had to take time away from her other, more critical, patients to treat my son when there’s likely nothing wrong with him. She even went as far to tell me what was wrong with her other patients and how CT scans and bleeding disorders don’t compare to what brought us in today. She said if I left now they “wouldn’t charge for the visit.” I feel the dr acted incredibly unprofessional and definitely crossed a line today. I will avoid this location like the plague in the future and will encourage all parents of young children to do the same. Unless you are literally on your death bed, do not go here.
