Requested paper bills for 3 months. Never sent. Paid required amount last month but still disconnected. Sent me a final notice text after I was disconnected. Shoddy, greedy business. Monopolies don't care about anything but money and profits.

FPL is good and bad in many things Being an immigrant I feel FPL is Excellent co since overseas there is NO service available from these big giants....FPL is not that bad.....one thing I donot understand is that their website has not been working for over a year..I try to start a new service and it keeps bouncing back to main menu....I have reported twice and still NO solution....maybe hire an indian I.T. company to fix your website

Power supply is at best intermittent, no one person in their organization knows more than basic details about outages, timeframes are super sketchy and never adhered to. This is what you get when the government gives a monopoly and no one really has options...
