Dr. Denise Ricketts exceeded my expectations. Was there for an ear checkup and seeing how severe it was, she took immediate action and squeezed me in an appointment. I had attended 2 previous doctors who had rushed me out of the door. Dr. Ricketts sat me down to thoroughly look over my medical history and examination in my ears. The front staff were amazing and helpful and it really puts the cherry on the top for the whole experience. Highly recommended

Why can't I give you guys a million stars!!!!! It is hard to express in words how amazing, attentive and kind Dr. Ricketts is. Her staff are equally as amazing. From Kristy, her Medical Secretary to her CNA/Medical Assistant(my apologies I can't remember your name) in my experiences, go above and beyond my expectations. I have been in Florida for 11 years and have been unable to find a primary care physician that makes me fell comfortable and shows me with every appointment that my feelings and health matter. Kristy is patient, kind and her attention to detail is off the charts! I have only been put on hold twice and Kristy is so apologetic afterward, as if I am not aware that a physicians office is busy. She never rushes to get off the phone. Now let me tell you about her CNA/Medical Assistant, she had me in stitches. She had a great attitude, exceptional personality and takes the care of her patients seriously but remembers we are human beings and always cheers you up. The office is clean, organized and peaceful. You have a golden team and I will never transfer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being who you all are because your actions and personalities cannot be faked. You are all a shining example of how a medical practice should be! (I am a certified medical assistant and well aware of the amount of work and effort it takes to get the job done! It is not easy, people are in pain, ill and sometimes mean, but you have to be a special person to look beyond that and not let it affect you and your values) Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!
