My wife will be going home soon when she first came here a little over two weeks ago she she could not sit up barely talk and that was about it after a little over two weeks she is a full person going home and I have it all to think to Reena Gielia and Ann Great therapists and to my friend Jackie couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of my wife I’m forever grateful to you Jackie and to all the people who work here starting with the ladies that clean the room take care of the floors that you can eat all of them to all the nurses to the people who serve the food I just don’t know who else to think there’s too many of you if you want one of the best places to bring your loved ones this is the place there is no better thank you all Ronald Luczak

Can in to see my mother. She complained about being hot. The room was hot when i came in. I went to front desk and asked if they can turn the AC on for my mother. That was 41 minutes ago. I went back up to nurse desk for more assistant. Some lady said maintenant people need to come. She is laying there sweating with myself. Over a hour now. I was told because it's Sunday.

Well it is very pretty to the eye outside. But they are understaffed and I have been here since 5 days ago and none have sweeped or washed the floors in the halls or in my room. They don't have your meds on hand and when they do you never get them on time. I had a very big surgery on my leg and I'm on pain meds every 6 hours. But I'm lucky if I get them every 7 or 8 .the nurses are very sweet but over worked and the is a understaffed with aids.

My elderly parents have been in several rehabs locally and Lifecare provided the best care. The therapy team was friendly and good, case manager was so helpful in making decisions that were in the best interest of my father, the Unit manager nurse Karen was always upbeat, and the evening front desk receptionist knew my name before I knew hers!
