I was satisfied with the service I received after I was able to get a hold of someone. I'm not sure how long it would have taken if a coworker didn't have relation to someone working there. I was obligated to leave a message since I hadn't spoken to anyone yet and didn't exactly know what was wrong with my car. I personally would have rather spoken to someone directly as didn't have the resources to wait for someone to call me back. Overall, service was great and I was updated almost daily on the status of my car (which was incredible!).

Wanted an oil change and got that plus tire rotation in a very short time. Appreciated the short wait and great service.

Kurt S and team were great to work with. They made the car buying experience incredibly easy! Communication was great. Were very accommodating when I had questions about the vehicle and worked with me to address any fixes prior to purchasing. Great deal on my new vehicle and overall experience. Highly recommend!

I know that Pat Clemons can. I know nothing about George White but Shelli K says they do so go with that if you live in the area.

You can replace them or lightly sand and polish them....like buffing a car.
