The employees are friendly and they were open both times I went. However, beware of their "same rate return" policy. This "service" costs $10 at the time of your original transaction. I was not told this and the signs at the kiosk and the paperwork they gave me does not state this. When I pointed that out when I went back to exchange British pounds back to USD their response was "sorry about that". Not cool!

I have gone to the Clearwater location twice during opening hours recently- no one there each time. No indication that they are closed and even mentions there opening times at the kiosk. There were 3 different phone numbers listed on the kiosk desk and I called all three- no answer at each....a waste of time....
