The staff was very nice and I was so happy to see a new store for children so close. But unfortunately for what I paid instead of getting two or three outfits that could have probably got about 6 or 7 somewhere else. As they mentioned name brands close are not even as expensive as they ticketed the prices for especially not for used clothes. Very disappointed

The staff seems nice and store is well organized. Unfortunately big ticket items are a bit over priced and missing parts; for example, $49 for a name brand high chair with no harness. Wasn’t thrilled with their trade-in procedure. I do understand needing to maintain a profit margin; however, it is store credit only and trade ins are only accepted on week days.

1. You can trade items or you can purchase with cash/card. 2. No appointment, but from what I know, they don't take items on Wednesdays or weekends.
Social distancing, masks required. Hand washing available, sanitizer provided. & dressing room open with constant cleanings.
