Apparently one day I found out that my account was sold to this financial company, which I wouldn’t even call it that. Hardly ever responds, my information is always incorrect when I get someone in on the phone. I send emails, no reply. I’ve called “Ms. Judy” no reply. I call the Tampa office and I get Texas. I didn’t ask nor I was made aware that my account with the dealership was being bought - I would have sold back the car and went someplace else.

There is a reason they are 2 stars, they have people in marketing that call dealers to purchase their buy here pay here portfolio, who just do not accept WE ARE NOT INTERESTED for an answer. You guys will be hearing from the BBB.

After being involved in a traffic crash with no Gap insurance, this company treated me with compassion during my recovery by allowing me to make minimum payments without further damaging my credit. Plus, they allowed me to settle the account at a very reasonable amount. They are good with me.
No they're not. Reopen Thursday at 8am. I believe there is an option to pay on their website

Pay your car note per your contract and you're fine.
I wouldn't do it. Look at other companies. I had them and they aren't ideal at all. But you may not have a problem
