Went in today to add an account holder and sat for a half hour while agents were in their office playing on their phones and multiple tellers at the counter with no customers wouldn’t help because it’s not their department- which is understandable but cross training should be important to keep patrons from long wait times especially when they aren’t helping anyone else at the time.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Nicholas Stanger. I have been a member with this branch for the past year and a half I went to a different bank in Pasco county when I moved out here that’s when I met Nicolas for the first time and today after explaining me and great details how to deposit a big settlement that I received and have it where the way I want it was very easy-going nonstressful and very helpful the options that he gave me. You do not find many people will go above and beyond but I have to say Nicholas has done above that and deserves more than five stars I will definitely be telling my coworkers and where I work that they need to go open an account and to see him I appreciate everything you have done Nicolas and corporation needs to make you into management because you are very smart you’re very kind and you’re very patient and as a customer I really appreciate it thank you so much😁

Bad customer service at this branch. It is run by Hispanics that get better treatment. All this POS credit union is steal fees from you. This is not a good credit union at all. I have done business with credit unions all my life. The big banks are coming around. Look elsewhere. Garbage all day long.
