Very rude disrespectful ppl nothing but problems out off them. They stole 80 $ from me then said they made a mistake after they denied it all. Sent me 80 back then stole it back and now poof it's gone. Worst electric company ever. They made me put one star but really it should be negative 4 star

The woman working the after hours at 3pm 11.14.2021 was the rudest individual I've ever dealt with. Not only would she not listen to, or answer, my question, she rose her voice to speak over me to tell me that I was 100% wrong because of issues in a town I don't live anywhere close to. 0/10
