A deferred payment is when u make a agreement with the light company to pay a agreed amount of the due amount with the new amount every month.. example, i owed 93$ and couldnt pay, so i made a deferred payment plan, i had to pay 5.83$ on the 93$ owed with my new bill every month till old bill of 93$ paid
