I went to this location to send in my passport renewal application form. I purchased one mailer and tracking and the clerk assured me the total I saw on the screen ($165.60) would change after putting in my card. When I got to my car, I looked at the receipt…the clerk charged me for NINETY mailers!! I went back and the clerk said “oh I accidentally typed in 90 instead of 1”…how that could happen is beyond me because those numbers are nowhere near each other on a keyboard! She then couldn’t fix things to do a post-void correctly, so a manager came and gave me a money order for the 89 extra mailers. The clerk then said she had to ring up the transaction again to fix the tracking…fine. She charged me AGAIN for the mailer/tracking even after I asked her not to. I let it go because I had already spent so much time dealing with the first issue of the money charged, but I’m still upset enough about being charged twice to where this needs to be addressed. This clerk needs to slow down so mistakes like this don’t happen. I will definitely think twice before going to this clerk again!

The USPS system is SAD payed for a Po box no they did not change my address and still not getting mail wasted a $100 bucks and they still won't get me my mail to that box .

You probably have to go back in person to the Post office where you got charged and talk to them. Explain to them that you used your own picture.
No, usps does not offer fax or printing services.
I was there 2 weeks ago before the counter was open and the p.o. boxes were accessible.
I don't know what you mean about scheduling an appointment. At Belle Grove postal service office, I'm only familiar with people walking in and asking for what they need at the counter. Sometimes the line is long, but they employees seen to give everyone the tine they need.
