Switched from Mercy in Dierbergs a few months ago. My only complaint is that the staff has been less than friendly. I always end up feeling like I am bothering them. For example, I have tried transferring prescriptions from the app which never seems to work so I call to ask about the status and the person I always end up talking to just seems irritated and unpleasant. Doesn’t make a customer feel very good or welcome.

They are always on top of their game. If drugs are no in, the will let you know when they are in. Great job all.
