Awful experience. Ordered 2 pieces of equipment that I haven’t got yet. Called today to ask about them and within 2 seconds said she didn’t have them and hung up. Didn’t bother to check for them or look in her system. Awful customer service. Highly recommend shopping else where!

Terrible customer service. Every time we've called or gone in with questions, we are met with short answers and rude demeanors as if we are an annoyance to them by trying to give them our business - no matter who we talk to. We've heard from many other people in the area that they will drive way out of their way to go elsewhere for their pool needs because the customer service at Just Pools is so terrible. And I have to admit, we are also now those people. I would love to support our local business, but I'll drive to Festus for Fantasy Pools now instead of driving the 2 minutes it takes to get to Just Pools. Do yourself a favor and do the same!
