I rarely wrote review, but this experience was a bit unusual i feel i should share it so you know how to protect yourself. The restaurant has two menus with TWO Prices. BE AWARE before you order!! A chicken satay appetizer with very thin salty chicken slices was charged $11.99. But it says $8.99 on the other menu I read. That is a 30% increase in price! But they did not update the prices on the plastic covered formal menu. Surprised to see the bill. I walked in, no one greeted me. I took the formal menu, sat down at a table studying the "Wrong" menu for 15 mins, the owner did not say anything, did not bring me the "Right" menu. I was going to leave, just looking for a pm snack, then she said the chicken satay was good, so I ordered. The plastic covered "wrong" menu were placed on the table closer to where the customer would be standing, the paper "right" menu were sitting on the higher counter away from the customers. The paper menu looked a bit beat up. The price increase probably have been there for a while. Just be aware!

A very high quality Thai. Not just your standard Seattle food. Kudos to over the top taste and smiles and a great service!

Ordered the Pad Thai with tofu. Didn't care for it at first, thought it was too sweet. But after adding soy sauce, it was more to my liking. Appreciated that they seated me minutes before closing (had trouble finding the entrance). I'm willing to try them again, but will probably go back to my usual preference of curry. NOTE: the restaurant is inside the Dutch Village Mall.

This is by far the best Thai food I have ever tasted. The server was friendly and professional. She was able to answer all of our questions and help make recommendations. The location was a little tricky to find but worth it. Stop by you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to "make this work". A gift certificate for a restaurant is pre-paid dining. Without proof that you have pre-paid, you will be expected to pay again.
